Who will I be speaking with?
You’ll speak with Aourin, an automated voice interview system. It asks questions based on the role and follows up on your answers. Your responses are automatically assessed against criteria set for that role.
Do I need to prepare a script?
No script is needed. Think of a few concrete examples from your work: the situation, your contribution, the choices you made, and the outcome. Explain them in your own words, including what you learned.
Will I need to share my screen?
That depends on the interview. Your setup shows the requirements before you start. Screen sharing requires your consent and browser permission. If it is required, questions pause when the share is disconnected.
What if I need an accommodation or have a technical problem?
Contact the hiring team that sent your invitation to discuss an accommodation or an alternative arrangement. For a technical issue, follow the recovery guidance in the interview room and contact that team if you cannot continue.
How do I join, and where do my results go?
Open the personal interview link provided by the hiring team. This public page is only a guide, so it cannot start your interview. Your assessment is available to the hiring team; contact them for results, feedback, or application updates.
